Validated Platform

MiniLED local dimming controller architecture

We develop FPGA-based local dimming controllers for MiniLED displays, covering video analysis, zone mapping, backlight communication, calibration support and panel-level validation.

Engineering challenge

  • Zone count, scan method and driver interface need to be defined together.
  • Halo, scene-change and power limiting interact in the same control loop.
  • Calibration and panel validation have to follow the controller architecture.

Typical applications

MiniLED monitors
Zone mapping and backlight control for high-zone-count panels.
High-brightness industrial displays
FPGA local dimming with project-specific driver links.
Custom backlight systems
Pixel analysis adapted to panel timing and LED architecture.
